Help NO eamil response for customer service

I sent at least 2 emails with no response. My business is running on carbon copy receipts like i live in the 50's. I upgraded to windows 8 and abacre is saying my license is invalid because i'm registered on another machine. It's the same machine same MAC address what do I do to get a response and get back up and running.??
